This branch is located at 203 in the Science View Apartment over in Yeshwantpur. It’s a bit unusual having an insurance office inside an apartment building, but it works for us. People from the nearby residential areas and some of the local shops come in to get their vehicles or shops covered. It’s not like those big glass offices you see in the central business district. Here, it’s a bit more relaxed. You might hear the usual sounds of an apartment building while we are discussing your premium. We spend most of our day on the computer or on the phone with the head office. Getting to Science View Apartment is simple enough once you are in Yeshwantpur. We don’t do a lot of fancy advertising. Most people just know we are here. Sometimes the lift in the building is slow, so people just take the stairs to the second floor. It is a straightforward government-linked insurance setup. We deal with renewals, new policies, and explaining the fine print to anyone who asks. It can get a bit hectic at the end of the financial year when everyone is rushing to get their paperwork done for tax reasons. But mostly, it’s just us doing the routine work of making sure people have their insurance sorted out properly.
