You can find The Himalaya Drug Company Limited out on Tumkur Road in the Makali area. It’s a bit of a drive from the center of town, but it’s a huge site once you get there. Being out on the main highway means there are always big trucks and buses zooming past the entrance. Our facility handles a lot of different drug products, and there is a constant flow of activity from the early morning hours until late at night. The grounds are quite large, so you end up doing a lot of walking just to get from one section to another. Inside, it’s mostly just a mix of warehouse space and office desks where everyone is busy with their own thing. We don't really do much besides focus on the production and distribution side of things. The weather out here in Makali can get a bit dusty because of all the construction and road work that always seems to be happening on Tumkur Road. We have a lot of people working here, and it feels like a small village sometimes. Everyone has their own routine, whether it's checking the machinery or filling out shipping manifests. It’s not a fancy setup, just a functional one designed to handle the volume of work we have. We spend most of our time just trying to stay on top of the schedule. It is a lot of work, but that is just how it goes at a place this size.
