Cymbio Pharma Pvt. Ltd. is located at No. 23/4 on N. H.7 in Venkatala, Yelahanka. We work in the pharmaceutical industry, which means our daily life is full of very specific rules and a lot of record-keeping. Our building is right near the highway, so it’s easy for trucks to get in and out when they are picking up supplies. The area can be quite busy and dusty, but inside we try to keep things as clean as possible. We aren't a huge multinational company; we’re a local outfit that focuses on making sure our products are handled correctly. Most of our staff have been with us for years and they know the routine inside out. We spend a lot of time checking batches and making sure the labels are right. It’s not the most exciting work, but it’s important and we take it seriously. Yelahanka has grown a lot since we first set up shop here, but we’ve stayed in the same spot. We don't bother with fancy brochures or big marketing campaigns. We just focus on the manufacturing side and let the quality of the work speak for itself. Sometimes the power cuts out and we have to rely on the backup systems, which is just part of operating here. We just show up every day and do our part to keep the supply chain moving for the healthcare sector. We like it here in this part of town.
