Ayurvedic Indigenous Drug Systems

We are over at Number 1 in Ahuttingindra Nagar, which most people just call Hutting. It’s a bit of a specific spot and not everyone knows the street name right off. I’ve been managing things here for a few years now. We deal with ayurvedic systems and indigenous drugs which is a bit different from the usual pharmacies. The place smells like herbs and roots most of the time. Some people like the smell and others find it a bit strong. We don't have a big showroom. It’s more of a functional space where we prepare and pack things. The shelves are full of jars and packets with handwritten labels. It takes a lot of patience to keep everything straight. Sometimes the power goes out in this part of town and we have to use flashlights to find the stock in the back rooms. It’s a bit annoying but we manage. We aren't trying to be the biggest place around. We just do our work and go home to our families. The neighbors are friendly and we often share news over the fence. It’s a quiet life for the most part. We just focus on the orders we get and try not to make mistakes with the measurements. It’s a very hands-on kind of job. We have been in this same spot since we started and don't plan on moving anywhere else anytime soon because the rent is still fair for us.
