This place, The Glacier Food Products (India) Pvt. Ltd., is tucked away on Mission Road. We are right near the Dav School, which means it gets pretty noisy when the kids are getting out of class. The building isn't too big, but we manage to fit everything we need inside. We’ve been operating from this Mission Road spot for quite some time now. Most of us who work here live nearby, so it’s a short walk or bike ride in the morning. It’s a food product business, so there is always something that needs cleaning or checking on. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s steady. We don't have those big glass offices you see in the city. Our desks are mostly covered in paperwork and sample containers. Sometimes the delivery trucks have a hard time turning around in the street because it’s a bit narrow near the school. We just make it work. It’s a lot of routine stuff, honestly. We show up, do the production, and head home. The heat can be a bit much in the summer since we are handling food, but we have some fans going. People in the neighborhood know us as the Glacier folks. It’s just a regular local business trying to keep things moving. We don't really do much advertising. Most people just find us because they live around Mission Road. It is a simple life here, focused on the work we have to do.
