The Gift Hut

Our place is called The Gift Hut and you’ll find us at 6/A in Shanthi Nagar. We are located within the Bileshwar Industrial Estate II, right near the ICICI Bank. It’s an interesting spot for a gift shop because there are a lot of small factories and warehouses around us. We don't have a massive showroom. It’s a modest space where we keep a variety of items that people might like for their homes or for giving to others. The industrial estate is a bit dusty and there’s always the sound of machines or trucks in the background. But once you step inside our shop, it’s a bit different. We try to keep it organized, though it's hard when new stock arrives. We spend most of our time unpacking boxes and checking what’s inside. It’s just a few of us running the place. We don't have any big corporate goals. We just want to have enough items that people actually want to buy. The bank nearby is a good landmark for people who aren't familiar with the estate. We’ve seen a lot of businesses come and go in Shanthi Nagar over the years. We just keep our doors open and see who comes in. It’s a simple life and we like the routine of it. Nothing too complicated, just a small shop in a busy industrial area where we do our own thing.
