The Cathedral High School

We are located at 63, Richmond Road, which is one of the busiest spots you can find. The Cathedral High School is right there in the middle of all the traffic and noise. You can hear the buses and cars honking from the classrooms all day long, but after a while, you just stop noticing it. The building itself is quite old and has a lot of character, with those high ceilings and big stone steps. We don't have any fancy air conditioning, so we rely on the big windows and old ceiling fans to keep the air moving. The floors are made of stone and they've been worn smooth over the years by thousands of feet. We aren't a corporate office, so things aren't always perfectly lined up. There are stacks of books in the corners and the notice boards are usually covered in layers of old paper. Most of the teachers have been here for years and they have their own way of doing things. We spend a lot of time just trying to keep the schedule moving despite the chaos of being in the city center. Parents are always rushing in and out, trying to beat the traffic on Richmond Road. It’s a very busy place, but we like the energy of it. We just focus on the daily tasks, making sure the kids are learning and the school keeps running as it should.
