School Seceratary

Our office is for the school secretary and we are located at No 19 DP Block in Marappa Garden. It’s right in the Benson Town area of Bangalore, which is a pretty well-known spot. The office is part of the school grounds, so you can always hear the kids playing outside during recess or the bell ringing between classes. It’s a busy place, especially in the mornings when parents are dropping off their children and have a hundred questions for us. As the secretary’s office, we handle all the registrations, the fees, and the endless piles of forms that come with running a school. It’s not a fancy setup; we have some old wooden desks and shelves packed with folders from years ago. We try to keep things moving as fast as we can, but sometimes the line gets a bit long. There’s a small fan on the ceiling that squeaks a bit, but we’ve grown used to the sound. We aren't trying to be a corporate headquarters or anything like that. We are just here to make sure the school stays organized and the students have what they need. It’s a lot of typing and talking to people all day long. We have a small window that looks out onto the garden, which is nice when we finally get a minute to sit down and have some tea. It’s just regular school work.
