The Bright Bangles & Gift Center

We are located over in Muthyal Nagar on the 1st Main Road, right in the Gokula area. Our shop, The Bright Bangles & Gift Center, is usually quite full of color. We have rows and rows of bangles in every shade you can think of. They are mostly glass or metal and they make a lot of noise when we move them around. It’s a small space, so it can get a bit tight when a few people are in at once. We also have a section for gifts, like small showpieces and items for the home. Most of our customers are women from around the neighborhood looking for something to match a new saree or a dress for a function. We spend a lot of time helping people try on different sizes. It’s a bit of a delicate job since glass bangles can break if you aren't careful. The lighting in the shop is a bit yellow, which makes everything sparkle a little more. We don't have a fancy computer system or anything. We just write things down in a notebook. The street outside is usually busy with people going to the market. We have a small stool outside for when it’s quiet and we want to watch the world go by. It’s a simple life running a shop like this. We just keep the shelves stocked and hope the colors catch someone's eye as they walk past.
