Tej Shoe Tech

Tej Shoe Tech is located at 10-11, Mile Stone on the Agra-Mathura Road in Artoni. We are out on the highway, so there is always a lot of traffic passing by. The building is a decent size and we have enough room for all the machinery we need for the shoes. It’s not a fancy showroom. It’s more of a place where we actually make things. You can smell the leather and the glue as soon as you walk in. We’ve been here for a while and the staff knows the routine perfectly. We don't have a marketing team writing stuff for us. We just focus on the production line. Sometimes the machines break down and we have to fix them ourselves, which takes up half the day. It’s a bit dusty because of the road outside, but we try to keep the work area as clean as possible. We don't have any big corporate goals to talk about. We just want to finish the batches we have for the week. The workers here are mostly locals who have been doing this for years. It’s a tough job but it’s what we know how to do. If you stop by, you’ll probably find us in the middle of a big pile of materials. It’s just a normal factory day. We keep the kettle going for tea and just keep our heads down until the shift ends.
