Our office is located in RPC Layout in the Vijayanagar part of Bangalore. This is a very traditional neighborhood with lots of families and old houses. We are not in one of those big tech parks. Instead, we are on a quiet street where you can still hear the birds in the morning. We have been here for a good while and we like the pace of this area. The building is simple and doesn't have a big elevator or a glass front. We have a few rooms where we keep our files and desks. It is a very casual place to work. We don't wear suits or have formal meetings. We just sit around and discuss what needs to happen for the day. The local park is just a short walk away, and some of us go there for a break. Vijayanagar has a lot of good food joints, so we are never short of options for breakfast. We know the neighbors and the people who run the nearby shops. It’s a very grounded way to run a business. We don't have any big slogans or marketing plans. We just take care of the tasks that come our way. The office feels more like a house than a workplace. We are just a small group of people trying to do a good job in RPC Layout every single day.
