Foot Loose

Our shop, Foot Loose, is tucked away at No. 68 on the 3rd Cross in Cubbonpet. It is an old part of Bangalore, so the streets are a bit narrow and you have to be careful where you park your scooter. We are quite close to the Corporation building, which is a big landmark for everyone around here. Being in Cubbonpet means we are right in the middle of all the city action. It gets very crowded on the 3rd Cross during the day with all the deliveries and people moving about. We’ve been in this building for some time now. It’s not a very big space, but it fits everything we need to get through the day. We mostly deal with footwear and things related to that, just keeping it simple. The floor gets a bit dusty because of the construction nearby, but we sweep it out every morning. It’s just me and a couple of other guys working here most days. We know the other shop owners on the street, so we usually grab tea together in the afternoon. It’s a friendly place even if it’s a bit cramped. We don't have any big corporate goals or anything. We just want to sell some shoes and make sure the customers are okay. It’s a basic life, but it keeps us busy.
