Team Life Care Company India Pvt Ltd is based at 15 Kempapura, right on Carter Road. Our office isn’t huge, but it’s where we get everything done for the care services side of things. It’s a busy street outside, so there’s always the sound of horns and people walking by. Inside, we are mostly focused on the logistics of life care work. That involves a lot of phone calls and coordinating with different people throughout the day. We have a couple of rooms set up with desks and computers where the staff sits. It’s not the kind of place with fancy art on the walls or expensive furniture. We use what we have and focus on the tasks at hand. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when three phones are ringing at once and someone is at the door, but we manage to get through it. Kempapura is a decent area to work in, and being on Carter Road means we are easy to get to. We spend a lot of time looking at schedules and making sure everyone is where they are supposed to be. It’s the kind of job where you’re always thinking about the next thing on the list. We have our tea breaks in the small kitchen area in the back. It’s just a regular group of people working together to keep the company moving along in the right direction. No big corporate speeches here, just daily work.
