We are located in the Concorde Block at UB City, right in the heart of the city. It’s a busy area, number 24, where people are always rushing around in business clothes. Our office is a bit different from the usual spots you might find in a mall. There are a lot of desks and people on computers, working on various things that 3M handles. It’s a large space because we do so many different types of products. You might see samples of tapes, filters, or office supplies sitting on the tables. It’s definitely a corporate setting, but we try to keep it friendly. The view from the windows shows the city traffic below, which never seems to stop. We have meetings throughout the day to talk about logistics and how to get things where they need to go. It’s a mix of different departments all under one roof. Some people are focused on healthcare stuff, while others are looking at industrial products. We use a lot of our own products in the office, which makes sense. There’s a kitchen area where we grab coffee and catch up on how the week is going. It’s a professional environment, but we still have our jokes and casual moments. Working in a landmark like UB City means everything has to be organized. We spend our hours making sure the operations run as smoothly as they can in such a big company.
