Team Directs

Team Directs is located at number 33 on the 100 Feet Inner Ring Road in Koramangala. If you know Bangalore, you know how busy this road can get. We are right in the middle of all that activity. Our office isn't one of those high-tech startups with bean bags and foosball tables. It’s just a functional space with desks, computers, and a lot of notebooks. We do a lot of coordination work here, so there is always someone on a call or typing away at a keyboard. The noise from the traffic outside is a constant background sound, but we’ve gotten so used to it that we barely notice it anymore. We keep things pretty informal. There’s no dress code, and we don't have big meetings about goals or visions. We just look at what needs to be done for the day and we do it. Sometimes we go out for a quick walk to grab some filter coffee when the afternoon slump hits. The building itself is older, but it serves us well. We’ve been here long enough that the local delivery guys know us by name. It’s a decent place to work, surrounded by a lot of other businesses. We just stay focused on our tasks and try to have a laugh when things get stressful.
