Team Directs

We are based at number 33 on the 100 Feet Inner Ring Road in Koramangala. If you’ve ever driven down this road, you know it’s one of the loudest and most active parts of the city. There is always a sea of bikes and cars zooming past our front door. The office is in a spot that’s easy to find but hard to park at, which is just how Koramangala is these days. Inside Team Directs, it’s usually quite busy. We have a few rooms filled with desks and a lot of cables running along the floor. It’s not the most modern looking place, but it works for us. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at spreadsheets. The windows let in a lot of light, which is nice, but they also let in the sound of the traffic. You get used to the honking after a week or two. There are plenty of places to grab a quick bite nearby, though we often just bring dabbas from home and eat together in the small pantry area. It’s a tight-knit group here. We don't have any fancy lounge areas or bean bags. It’s just desks, chairs, and people getting their tasks finished. Sometimes the rain floods the street a bit, and we all have to wait inside until it clears up. That's just part of being on the Inner Ring Road. We keep the kettle going for most of the morning to keep us awake.
