We work out of No.13 on the 4th Cross in Ramaiah Layout, which is part of Kalyan Nagar. It is a quiet residential area, which is nice for a place that focuses on recipes and cooking. Most of our time is spent in front of computer screens or in the kitchen trying things out. It’s not like a big corporate office; it’s more of a home-style setup where we can actually do the work. We write about food, take photos, and try to explain how to make different Indian dishes. Sometimes the recipes don't work out the first time, so we have to do them again from scratch. That’s just part of the process. Kalyan Nagar has grown a lot, and there are so many new restaurants around us now, which gives us plenty of inspiration for new things to try. We don't have a team of hundreds, just a few of us who like food and want to share what we know. The house at No. 13 is where all the planning and the testing happens. We spend a lot of time arguing over whether there is too much salt in a dish or if the photos look right for the site. It is a lot of small details that people might not notice, but it keeps us busy every day of the week. We just try to keep things simple and real.
