Tasty Home Food

Our place is located at G-225 in Sena Vihar, over in Kalyan Nagar. It’s a quiet enough spot most days, which is nice when you're busy in the kitchen. We started this because we wanted to cook the kind of food we eat at home. There’s no big fancy setup here, just a normal kitchen where we spend a lot of our hours. My cousin helps out sometimes when things get really busy. We usually start quite early in the morning to get the prep work finished before the sun gets too hot. Dealing with the grocery deliveries is always a bit of a hassle, especially when the trucks can't find the right gate in Sena Vihar. We have a routine that we follow every day. Chop the vegetables, get the rice going, and make sure everything is cleaned up properly. It isn't glamorous work, but it keeps us busy. People around here seem to know where we are now. We don't have a big sign or anything like that. Just the address. Sometimes we run out of things earlier than expected, which is annoying, but that's just how it goes. We try to keep things simple and honest. The kitchen gets really warm in the afternoons, so we usually take a short break then. It's just us doing our thing every day, making food that doesn't feel like it came from a big factory. We don’t really worry about the competition, we just focus on the pots in front of us.
