Tasty Bites

You can find Tasty Bites over at 101 Omakara Nagar, right off Bannerghatta Road in Basavanagar. We are a small operation, mostly focused on getting food out to people who live around here. It started out quite small and we have just stuck with it. The kitchen is the heart of the place, and it’s usually humming with activity from early on. We don't have a massive menu, just the things we know how to make well. The space inside isn't very large, so it can get a bit cramped when the dinner crowd arrives. We do a lot of takeaway orders for people heading home from work on Bannerghatta Road. It is a busy stretch of road, so there is always noise and movement outside our door. We try to keep things simple and honest. If a dish isn't ready, we tell you. We don't use fancy packaging or anything. It is just good, straightforward food in a bag or on a plate. The staff here are locals, and we've been working together for a while now. We know the neighbors and the delivery drivers who swing by every day. It’s a humble little shop, but we put in the hours to keep it going. Nothing more, nothing less. Just a local spot for a bite to eat when you are hungry. We spend the mornings chopping vegetables and getting the sauces ready, and by evening the whole place smells like fried onions and spices.
