Tapas Espanolas Food Products (P) Ltd is tucked away on 6, Pipeline Cross Road, right at the 10th Cross in Malleswaram. If you know Bangalore, you know Malleswaram has that old-school charm that’s getting harder to find these days. Our street is usually busy with people going about their business. The building we are in is practical and doesn't stand out much. Inside, it smells a bit like whatever we happen to be working on that day. We have a small team here. Our desks are clustered together because the space isn't massive, but it makes it easier to talk to each other without having to get up. We don't use any of those big corporate buzzwords. We just talk about what needs to be packed or which order is going out next. The stairs are a bit narrow and the elevator is a bit slow, so most of us just walk up. We keep a stash of coffee in the corner. Sometimes we sit by the window and watch the traffic on Pipeline Road when we need a break. It’s a very local vibe. We don’t have a fancy website or a big PR firm. We just show up at 560 003 every morning and do our jobs. It gets a bit hectic around festival times when the markets nearby are packed, but that’s just part of being in this part of town. It’s a honest place where we focus on the food products and nothing else.
