Synova Innovative Technologies

Synova Innovative Technologies is right across from Infosys Gate 6 in Electronic City, specifically at 7/P and 93/P. Being here makes it easy for people to find us, though the traffic near the gate can be a real headache in the mornings. We do a lot of tech work here. It’s mostly about finding solutions for systems that aren't working right. The building is okay, nothing too special. We have those standard office chairs that sometimes squeak. Everyone brings their own lunch usually, and we sit in the small break area to eat and talk about things other than work. It’s a busy part of Bangalore, so there’s always something happening outside. We deal with servers and code and various tech problems that pop up throughout the day. It’s not the kind of place where people wear suits. We prefer jeans and comfortable shoes because the days are long. Sometimes we stay late when a project is due, and we order in some food from the local place. It’s a solid team of people who actually know what they’re doing with computers. We don’t spend a lot of time making things look pretty, we just want them to work correctly. It’s practical work for practical people. Most of us have been here a while and know the local food spots well enough to avoid the bad ones.
