We are located on the second floor of the Vakils Scale building. It is right across from Jayadeva Hospital on Banneraghatta Road. If you are coming from the Pune Satara Road side, you’ll see us pretty easily. We have been working out of this office for some time. Synova Innovative Technologies is really just a group of people who enjoy solving technical problems. The space isn't huge but it fits our desks and the servers we need. Being near the hospital means the area is always busy, which is good because there is always something going on outside the window. We don't really do the whole corporate thing with suits and long meetings that lead nowhere. We prefer to just sit down and get into the work. Sometimes the elevator in the building is a bit slow, so we end up taking the stairs. It’s good exercise, I guess. We handle a lot of different tech tasks throughout the day. Some days are focused on maintenance, other days we are starting something brand new from scratch. We don't have a big marketing team telling us what to say. This is just a place where people come to work every morning. We’ve got a small kitchen area where we make tea and talk about things other than computers for a few minutes. It’s a decent place to spend the day for us and we get along well.
