We’ve been set up here at 704 Banashankari for a while now. Most days it’s just us sitting at the desks going through papers and talking to people about their insurance or where their savings are going. It isn't anything fancy, just a small office where the fans keep spinning and we try to keep things organized. People walk in from the neighborhood asking how the different policies work or what they should do with their taxes. We spend a lot of time on the phone with various companies trying to get things sorted for the folks who come to see us. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy outside, but inside we just focus on the paperwork. Handling money stuff can be stressful for people, so we just try to be clear about what’s what. There’s no big corporate vibe here. It’s more about sitting down, having a glass of water, and looking at the numbers together. We’ve got files everywhere and the computers are always humming. If you are around Banashankari, you’ve probably seen our sign. We just keep to our work, making sure the forms are filled out right and the insurance bits make sense. It’s honest work, and we’ve gotten to know a lot of the families around here over the years. We just keep things moving along one day at a time. We don't need a lot of space to get the job done, just our desks and enough light to read the small print.
