Our office and production space is at Swastik House, which is located at 12, Jain Temple Street in V.V. Puram. Swastiks Masalas Pickles & Food Products Pvt Ltd has been a part of this neighborhood for a long time. If you walk down Jain Temple Street, you can often smell the spices we are working with. Swastik House is an old-fashioned building, and it’s very different from the modern office blocks you see elsewhere. Inside, it’s a bit of a maze with all the different rooms for storage and packing. We don't have any fancy corporate offices or a big board room. Most of the space is used for the actual food products. V.V. Puram is a place that loves food, so we feel like we are in the right spot. We aren't a company that cares about marketing talk or sounding like a big corporation. We’re just local people making pickles and masalas. The staff here knows each other well, and many have been here for decades. We don't have a mission statement on the wall; we just have recipes and orders to fill. The street is usually quiet, which is nice. We like the tradition of being at number 12. It’s a simple, hardworking environment. We don't try to be anything we aren't. We just focus on the jars and the packets every day at Swastik House.
