Swastik Foods

Swastik Foods is based in New Guddadahalli, inside the Keshavbaug Society at 59/2. It’s a quiet residential area, so we have to be careful not to make too much noise. Our kitchen is where everything happens. It’s not a professional commercial kitchen with stainless steel everywhere. It’s more like a large home kitchen that we’ve adapted for our needs. We have big pots and pans that are always bubbling with something. The heat at 59/2 gets pretty intense when we have all the burners going. We spend most of our time prep-cooking and then packing the food into containers. It’s just a few of us working together. We don't have a front office or a sales team. If you call, one of us will answer with a towel over our shoulder. New Guddadahalli is a decent place to be, and the people in Keshavbaug Society are mostly used to us by now. We try to keep the delivery bikes from blocking the main path. The floor is often a bit slippery from the steam, so we have to watch our step. We don't have a fancy logo or anything like that. We just focus on the cooking. It’s a daily grind of washing vegetables, stirring pots, and cleaning up the mess afterward. It’s just a simple food business run by regular people in a regular house. We keep things moving and get the orders out.
