Swasti Ayurvedics

Swasti Ayurvedics is located on the 2nd floor of the RMR Complex in Neeladri Nagar. If you are working in Electronic City Phase 1, you probably know Wipro Gate 16, and we are quite close to that. Being on the second floor means it's a bit quieter than the street level, which suits the kind of work we do. We focus on traditional Ayurvedic methods here. The 3rd Cross area is usually quite busy with office goers and local residents. Our space isn't huge, but it's filled with the various things we need for our practice. We have people coming in from all over Electronic City, often after a long day at their desks. We’ve set up the rooms to be as practical as possible. It’s not a fancy spa; it’s a place where we do real work with herbs and traditional treatments. The staff here really knows their stuff and they’ve been practicing for years. We don't spend money on big ads or glossy brochures. Most people find out about us from their colleagues or neighbors. We just keep our heads down and focus on what we do best. The climb up the stairs to the second floor is worth it once you get inside. We like being in this part of Bangalore because it feels like there is a real mix of the old and the new. It's a busy life in E-City, but we try to offer a bit of a slower pace here.
