Swadisht Caterers is over on Mangammanapalya Main Road. You can find us at No.11/3 in Bommanahalli. It’s a busy street with lots of trucks and cars, so there’s always something happening outside our door. We spend most of our time preparing orders and getting things packed up for delivery. It's a very straightforward business. We don't have any big corporate goals or five-year plans. We just want to do right by the local people who come to us for help with their food. The staff here has stayed exactly the same for a few years now. We know each other's ways of working, which makes the day go faster. Sometimes we have to stay quite late when there’s a big order to finish for the next morning. The building is just a normal spot, nothing that stands out too much from the others on the road. We focus more on the actual work rather than how the place looks from the outside. Bommanahalli is a good area for us because it's easy for people to find the main road. We try to keep our prices fair for everyone. Life gets busy and a bit chaotic, but we keep the kitchen running no matter what. It’s not always easy, but we enjoy being our own bosses and doing things our way. We take it one day at a time here and don't worry about the rest. It's honest work and it keeps us out of trouble. We like it.
