Suzanne Catering

Our kitchen is tucked away in Ejipura, right near the Rama Temple. It’s at No.19/10. Suzanne Catering is basically just a few of us working hard to get food out to people who need it for their events. We don't have a big fancy office with a receptionist. Mostly we’re just busy in the back with the pots and pans. The neighborhood knows us because we've been in this spot for quite a bit. Cooking takes up most of our day, from early morning until the evening. Sometimes the traffic on the way to the temple makes it hard to move our supplies in and out, but we manage. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in all of Bangalore. We just want to make sure the food is ready and hot when people need it. It gets very hot in the kitchen, especially in the afternoons when the sun is hitting the building. We use what we have and keep things moving. We’ve had the same big stove for a long time now. It’s very reliable for what we do. If you're looking for us, just head toward the Rama Temple and look for the door at 19/10. We don't do much advertising at all. Word of mouth is usually enough to keep us busy throughout the week. It’s a quiet life mostly, just a lot of cooking and cleaning up afterwards. We like the routine of it and the people we meet. It’s just simple work. We keep going every day.
