Suruchi

Down here at Rajajinagar Wadi Maru Falia 357, things stay pretty steady for us. We’ve set up shop in a corner that feels like it belongs to the old part of the neighborhood. Suruchi is what we call ourselves, and most people around here just know us by that name without needing a map. The building isn't the newest on the block, but it holds up okay even when the monsoon rains start getting heavy. We spend most of our time chatting with the regulars who stop by just to see what’s new or to complain about the heat. It’s a small place, so you can’t really hide if you’re trying to take a quick nap in the afternoon. We keep the inventory stacked where we can reach it, though sometimes things get a bit disorganized when we’re having a busy week. Nobody seems to mind the clutter too much. We don't have a big team, just a couple of us who know where everything is kept. It’s the kind of place where you hear the scooters zooming past all day and the smell of cooking from the houses nearby drifts in through the door. We don’t do things in a flashy way. We just show up, open the locks, and see who needs help. It's a living, and it keeps us connected to the folks living around Rajajinagar. We've been at 357 for years and don't plan on moving.
