Surinder Kaur P G is located at number 13 in the Kalpatru Housing Society, down Lane B in BTM Layout. It’s a residential area, so it stays fairly calm most of the time, which is good for the people living here. We run this place like a home because, essentially, that is what it is for the residents. We provide rooms and the basic things people need when they are moving to the city for work or studies. It’s not a hotel with room service or fancy carpets. We have regular rooms, some shared spaces, and we try to keep the place tidy. There is usually someone around to help if a lightbulb goes out or if there’s a problem with the water. Living in BTM Layout is convenient for a lot of people because of the transport and the food stalls nearby. We have been here in Lane B for a while now. Most of the folks who stay with us are young professionals or students who just want a decent place to sleep and keep their things. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us making sure everything is functioning. It can get a bit noisy when everyone is coming home in the evening, but that’s normal for a housing society. We just try to be fair and keep the atmosphere relaxed for everyone who stays under our roof.
