Out here in Gollahalli, things are a bit quieter than in the middle of Bangalore. Inner Challenges is located in Nelamangala, which is a bit of a drive but it’s worth it if you like the space. We’ve been set up here for a bit, dealing with different activities and tasks that come our way. The air is a bit cleaner out this side of Karnataka. We have a fair amount of ground to work with. Most days, we’re busy setting things up or cleaning up after a group has left. It’s not your typical office job. There's a lot of walking around and making sure the equipment is where it needs to be. We get people coming out from the city to see what we do. Sometimes the weather makes things interesting, especially when it rains hard. We just put on our boots and keep going. The staff stays in the local area mostly. We don’t have any big flashy signs or anything like that. Just a gate and some space. It’s a practical place. We focus on the day-to-day stuff and making sure everything is safe for whoever shows up. Sometimes we have to fix fences or clear some brush. It’s part of the routine.
