We have been at No 145 in Royal Enclave for a while now. It is a quiet spot near the Jawaharlal Nehru Institute in Sri Rampura Village. Most folks find us easily once they get to Jakkur Post. We do HR development work here at Pegasus Hrd Centre Pvt. Ltd. It is not a huge office, just a group of us trying to help people with their jobs and training needs. The commute to this part of Bangalore is usually okay if you avoid the peak traffic hours. Some of our staff live nearby in the village, so they just walk or bike in. The office is tucked away, so it stays pretty peaceful during the day. We do not have a big reception desk or anything fancy like that. Usually, you just walk in and talk to whoever is at the desk. We handle a lot of paperwork and sessions for different companies. It gets busy sometimes, especially when there are new groups coming in. We try to keep things organized but sometimes the files pile up a bit. We have seen a lot of changes in the area over the years. More houses have gone up around us lately. We just focus on our daily tasks and making sure everything is handled correctly for the people we work with. It is a straightforward operation. We do not do much advertising, mostly people find us through word of mouth. We are just regular people doing a job in this corner of Bangalore.
