We are based out of Yeshwanthpur, which is one of the busiest and most crowded parts of the city. If you have ever been near the railway station or the big wholesale market here, you know exactly how hectic it can get on any given day. We don't have a huge office with a massive sign or a glass front. It is more of a modest, quiet spot where we can get away from the constant noise of the main roads and actually focus on the tasks we have in front of us. Our work is mainly about helping people figure out their next steps, whether that is for their jobs or their small businesses, though we really don't like to use those big, fancy professional terms you hear in corporate offices. We mostly just sit down with people and have a real talk about what they are trying to achieve and what is getting in their way. It is a small operation, just a couple of us who wanted to do something useful in this part of town. We don't have a lot of expensive equipment, just some basic tables, chairs, and a decent internet connection that sometimes acts up. Sometimes we meet people at a local tea stall if our office feels a bit too cramped for a long conversation. Yeshwanthpur has a lot of energy, and we enjoy being a part of that community, even if we are just a very small piece of it. We don't spend any money on advertising. People usually find us because someone they know mentioned our name.
