Suresh Plastics

Suresh Plastics is located at Shop No. 508 on Main Street in Kavalbyrasandra. We are very close to the Bus Terminal, which means there is always a crowd of people walking past our door. It gets very busy in the mornings and evenings when people are going to or coming back from work. The shop itself is quite small, so we have to use every inch of space we have. We hang things from the ceiling and stack items on the sidewalk sometimes, though we try not to block the path too much. It’s a bit of a squeeze when we get more than three customers inside at once. I started this shop because I wanted to be my own boss, even if it meant working long hours every single day. My son comes by after his college classes to help move the heavier bundles of plastic. We don't have a computer or anything like that; we just use a big ledger book to keep track of what we sell. The neighborhood is loud and there is always some music playing from the tea stall next door. It’s a lively place to work. We don't have any big plans to expand or anything, we just want to keep the shop running smoothly and serve the people who live around the terminal. It is just a small local shop in a very busy part of the city.
