My place is at 98/38 in the BTM Layout area, specifically the PCNTDA part. I’ve been here for a good number of years. I handle various types of local services and help people with their day-to-day business needs. It’s a modest setup. I don't see the point in having a fancy office when the work can be done on a plain wooden desk. The building is older, but it’s sturdy. I get a lot of regulars who have been coming to me since I first opened. We talk about the neighborhood and how much it has changed. BTM used to be a lot quieter than it is now. I do a lot of the work myself because I like to make sure it’s done right. There are files stacked up on the side, but I know where everything is. It’s not a polished corporate office with air conditioning and glass doors. It’s just a room where I work. I usually start early in the morning before the traffic gets too loud outside. Sometimes people bring me tea from the stall down the road. It’s a friendly way to do business. I don't use any big words or marketing tricks. I just tell people what I can do and then I do it. That’s how I was taught and it’s served me well so far. My door is usually open for anyone who needs some help with their records or filings.
