Our office is located at NO- 3, Kaushik Nilaya, in the Muniyappa Garden area. It’s right off Puttenahalli Main Road in J.P. Nagar. Being a contractor in this part of the city means we are always on the move. Suresh B.K. Contractor isn't a big firm with layers of management. It’s just us, the people who actually do the work. We handle everything from small home repairs to bigger construction tasks. The office at Kaushik Nilaya is where we store our gear and handle the phone calls that come in throughout the day. Puttenahalli Main Road is always buzzing with traffic, but our spot in the garden area is tucked away just enough to give us some peace when we need to do the accounts. We start our day early, often before the sun is fully up, to beat the J.P. Nagar traffic. We don't have any flashy brochures or a salesperson. If you call, you get to speak directly with the person who will be handling your project. Most of our work comes from neighbors and people who have seen us around the layout. We just try to do a decent job so that people will call us back the next time something breaks. It’s hard, dusty work and we usually go home tired, but that’s just how it is. We take things one day at a time, making sure each job is finished properly before starting the next one.
