Our office is located in the Krishnareddy Building, right on the first floor. We are out in Jigani on the Pirangut Main Road. Most people know where we are because we’re right near the Pirngut Police Station. It’s a handy landmark to give people when they’re trying to find us for the first time. Working in insurance means we deal with a lot of paperwork and forms every day. The office isn't very large, and the stairs up to the first floor can be a bit steep if you aren't expecting them. We have a few desks squeezed in and there are always stacks of files waiting to be organized. It’s quiet enough most days, except for the sound of the bikes on the main road outside. We spend a lot of time explaining the different details of the policies to folks who come in. We don't use a lot of big words or try to confuse anyone. We just tell it like it is. Sometimes people come in feeling a bit stressed about their coverage, so we just offer them a seat and try to work through the papers one by one. It’s a steady job and we’ve been in this building for a while now. We know the other shopkeepers downstairs and the folks who work nearby. It’s a nice little community here in Jigani, and we’re happy to be part of it. It’s just us doing our daily work.
