This is our second spot for Super Fine Needles Private Limited, located at No. 113/2 in the Doddanna Industrial Estate. It’s just a stone's throw away from the other unit near Peenya 2nd Stage. Having two places helps us manage the workflow better because things can get pretty crowded when we have a lot of orders to fill. Here, we focus on specific parts of the production and keeping the stock ready for dispatch. The building is a standard industrial unit, nothing too special to look at from the outside, but inside we have the machines set up just the way we need them. The workers here are mostly locals who know the area well. We spend our days checking the thickness of the metal and making sure the machines are oiled and running smooth. It’s a lot of repetitive work, but it’s important to do it right every time. The air in the estate always has that smell of grease and metal, which is something you just stop noticing after a while. We don't spend money on fancy signs or marketing stuff. Most of our neighbors are doing similar things, so there’s a sense of community among the shops here. We are usually there from early morning until the sun goes down, just getting through the day's tasks and making sure the orders are boxed up and ready for delivery.
