The smells at 15-8-69 on Kasagattapura Road are usually what people notice first. We are based in the 1St Phase of Anchepalya, and most days the air around here is full of whatever we are processing. Suntrupti Spices & Food is a busy place, especially in the mornings when the machines are all running at once. It’s a lot of manual work, making sure the ingredients are clean and everything is moving through the lines properly. We have a small team here, and most of us have been working together for a long time now. The road outside can get pretty bogged down with traffic, so we try to get our loading done early before it gets too crazy. Our office is just a small corner with a couple of desks and a lot of filing cabinets that are overflowing with records. We aren't some big corporate entity with shiny floors; it’s a working food plant where things get a bit messy sometimes. Cleaning up takes up a huge chunk of our time every evening. We just want to make sure the food we put out is handled right. There is always a new batch of something coming in, and we just keep our heads down and get through the work. It’s a noisy, busy life here in Anchepalya, but we wouldn't know what to do with ourselves if it was quiet. We just keep moving forward.
