Sunrise Hair Style

Kalasipalyam is a very crowded place, and our shop is right in the middle of it all on the main road. We are at No.12, exactly opposite Pradeep Theatre. If you’ve ever been to the bus stand nearby, you know how much dust and noise there is. People are always rushing. Our shop, Sunrise Hair Style, is where some of those people stop for a quick break. We see a lot of different faces every day. Some are locals who have been living in this part of Bangalore for decades, and others are just passing through for work or travel. The mirrors in our shop have seen a lot of years. We keep the chairs lined up and the capes ready. It’s not a quiet place because the street outside is always humming with buses and autos. We mostly do haircuts and shaves for men who want something fast and decent. We don’t do anything too complicated here. It’s a straightforward shop. We open early because that’s when the first bus passengers start moving around. By the time the movie lets out at Pradeep Theatre, we usually have another small rush of people. We just keep the scissors moving and the talk going. It’s a hard-working spot in a very busy part of the city. We’ve been at this address for a long time and the neighborhood knows us well. We just take one customer at a time.
