Sunny Spice Fast Food

Sunny Spice Fast Food is our little shop near Bangalore GPO 18. We chose this spot because there are always people around the post office area. It is a fast food place, so we don't have a lot of room for people to sit down and linger. We focus on getting the food ready quickly so people can get back to their jobs. The counter is a bit small and we have to be careful not to trip over each other in the back. At Bangalore GPO 18, the noise from the traffic is constant but we have gotten used to it over time. We don't have any fancy decorations on the walls. We just have the menu and a clock that is a few minutes slow. We spend our days chopping vegetables and preparing the sauces. Sometimes the weather gets too hot and the kitchen feels like an oven. We don't have a big advertising campaign or any slogans. We just rely on people seeing us when they walk past. The floor is made of tile and we mop it every night before we leave. It’s a lot of standing on our feet all day but it is what we do. We have been at this location for a while and we know the other shop owners nearby. We don't have a mission or a vision, we just have lunch and dinner to serve and that's it.
