We are located over in Vijaya Nagar on the 17th Cross. It is a busy part of the city and our shop at number 16 reflects that. Most days start early with us unlocking the shutters and seeing what needs to be moved around. Being an agency means there is always paperwork and boxes to deal with. We don’t have a big corporate setup. It is just a few of us here making sure things get to where they need to go. The 17th Cross can get a bit noisy with all the traffic, but you get used to it after a while. We have been in this spot for a bit now and we know the neighbors pretty well. There isn't any fancy lobby or a front desk with a receptionist. You just walk in and see us working. Sometimes things get a bit disorganized when a new shipment arrives, but we sort it out eventually. It is practical work. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking lists. The focus is mostly on the daily tasks and keeping the inventory moving. It’s a bit cramped inside with all the supplies, but it works for us. We just keep our heads down and do the job day after day.
