Sues Food Place

Sues Food Place is tucked away at number 4 on Sri Krishna Temple Road in Indira Nagar. It's not a huge restaurant, just a small spot where we cook up daily meals. We started this because we liked cooking, and it just grew from there. The kitchen takes up a lot of the space, so there are only a few tables for sitting down. Most people just drop in to pick something up on their way home. We change the menu depending on what's available at the market that morning. Sometimes we run out of things early if it's a busy day. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but we haven't gotten around to it yet. It’s a bit of a walk from the main metro station, but the street is usually quiet. We don't have a big team, just a couple of us handling the stove and the counter. It gets hot in the kitchen during the lunch rush. We don't use any fancy equipment, just regular pots and pans like you’d have at home. People seem to like the simple taste of what we make. It’s nothing like those big chains you see everywhere. We just want to serve decent food to the people in the neighborhood without making a big fuss about it. We close up when the food is gone, so some days we finish earlier than others.
