Sudhama Printers

The machines at Sudhama Printers have a specific rhythm that you get used to after a few hours. We are located at 8 Sudham Nagar, which is quite close to the new passport office. That means there are always people walking past our door, often looking for copies or help with their documents. It’s a bit of a hectic spot, especially in the afternoons when the queues at the government office are long. Our shop isn't very large, so it can get pretty cramped when we have a big order of flyers or books to finish. There is usually paper stacked in the corners and the smell of ink is everywhere. We’ve been here in Sudham Nagar for a while now. Some days are slow, and we just sit and wait for the phone to ring, while other days we are working late into the evening to meet a deadline. It's just a local printing place. We don't use fancy terms for what we do. We just make sure the letters are straight and the colors look okay on the page. My hands usually have a bit of blue or black ink on them by lunchtime. It’s honest work and it keeps the lights on. The neighborhood is mostly residential, but having that passport office nearby definitely changed the vibe of the street. We’ve gotten to know the regulars pretty well over time. It is a noisy but good place to be.
