Our place is located in the Rajajinagar Industrial Estate, specifically on the 2nd Main and 2nd Cross. We’re quite close to the VRL Godown, which is a big landmark for anyone trying to find us. Kumaran Graphics has been operating out of this industrial area for quite some time now. It’s a busy part of the city with lots of trucks moving around and people working in various trades. Inside our unit, it’s usually the sound of machinery and the smell of ink. We handle a lot of different printing and graphics jobs for other businesses nearby and further away. It’s not a quiet office; it’s a working shop where things actually get made. The floors are often covered in paper scraps and we’re usually running around trying to meet deadlines. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything like that. People come here when they need stuff printed and they want to talk to someone who knows how the machines work. Being in the industrial estate means we are surrounded by other folks just trying to get their work done too. It’s a practical environment. Sometimes the power goes out or a machine acts up, and we just deal with it as it comes. We’ve built a steady rhythm over the years by just showing up and getting through the stack of orders on the desk. It’s just us, some heavy equipment, and a lot of paper.
