Gemini Printer

We are based at 8 Koramangala VI Block, right inside the Mahaveer Shopping Complex. It is near the spot where the old Kids Kemp used to be, which most people in Bangalore remember. Our shop is full of the smell of ink and the sound of printing machines. It’s a busy environment and we usually have stacks of paper piled up against the walls. We do all sorts of printing jobs, from small business cards to larger documents. The machines can be quite temperamental and sometimes they jam right when we are in a hurry. We spend a lot of time fixing the rollers or refilling the toner. It’s a messy job and there’s always some ink on our fingers. The shopping complex itself is a bit dated and the hallways are sometimes dimly lit. We have a small counter where people come to drop off their work and pick it up later. Koramangala is a very active area, so there is always someone coming in with a last-minute request. We try to get things done as fast as the machines allow. It’s not a high-tech digital studio; it’s more of a traditional printing press setup. We have been here for a long time and know the other shop owners in the complex. It’s just a matter of showing up, running the prints, and making sure the customers get what they asked for.
