Our place is called Suchitra Lokesh and we are located at 2567 Bhadra House in Kumarswamy Layout. It’s more of a personal setup than a big store. When you come to Bhadra House, you’re basically coming to where the work happens. We don't have a big neon sign or anything like that. It’s a quiet neighborhood for the most part, and we like it that way. Most of what we do involves handling individual requests and making sure things are done right. Since it’s a smaller operation, you usually talk directly to us. There is no middleman or manager to go through. The rooms are filled with our supplies and whatever projects are currently in progress. Sometimes it looks a bit cluttered with papers and samples, but we know where everything is. We spend our days answering the phone and working through the tasks one by one. People in Kumarswamy Layout usually know us by name. We didn't set out to be a huge corporation; we just wanted a place to do our work. It’s a practical arrangement that works for us. We try to be honest about how long things will take and what we can do. It’s just a simple, local business run out of a house. We don't need much more than that. Usually, the day starts with a cup of coffee and a look at the to-do list.
