Nagamani

Nagamani is based out of Flat No 104 in the EWS section of KHB Colony. We are right on the 1st Main Road in the 1st Stage of Basavanagar. If you know the area, we are quite close to Pavithra Paradise, which most locals use as a landmark. Working out of a flat gives the place a bit of a different feel than a standard office building. It’s more personal and a bit quieter most of the time. The 1st Main Road can get a little busy with traffic during peak hours, but inside it’s usually calm enough to focus. Being in the KHB Colony means we are surrounded by a mix of homes and small businesses. We’ve been here in Basavanagar for a good stretch. It’s a practical location for us. We don't have a big sign or anything flashy outside. We just have our space in Flat 104 where we take care of things. The 1st Stage is a nice neighborhood to be in. People around here are generally friendly. Near Pavithra Paradise is a good way to tell people where we are because everyone knows that spot. We keep things simple and don't worry too much about looking like a big corporation. It’s just a local place where work gets done every day. Sometimes the stairs can be a bit of a climb but we don't mind it. It keeps us moving and it’s just part of the daily routine here for all of us.
