Shashikala

Our small business is called Shashikala and we are situated at 171, 9th Main Road in Jayanagar. It is a nice part of town to work in, with plenty of trees and a mix of houses and shops nearby. I have been running this place for several years now, and it has become a regular part of my life. The shop is not very large, but it is enough for what I do. I usually start my day quite early, getting things ready before the sun gets too high. Most of my customers are people who live in the surrounding blocks or those who happen to be walking by on their way to the park. I don't have a big corporate setup or anything like that. It is just a simple shop where I manage everything myself with a bit of help now and then. Sometimes the shop gets a bit cluttered with new items, and I have to spend the afternoon clearing space, but I don't mind the work. It is a peaceful way to spend the day, talking to neighbors and making sure everything is in order. People know me by name around here, which is nice. I don't feel the need for big signs or loud music to get attention. I just stay open and wait for whoever needs something that day.
