Aswani Sitara

We are located at 2 Kaval Byrasandra, right by the KFC. If you know the area, you know how busy that corner gets. Aswani Sitara is where we spend our days. It’s a building project, so there is always something going on with the maintenance or the grounds. We deal with a lot of mundane stuff like leaky pipes, checking the gate, or making sure the common areas aren't a total mess. It isn't always glamorous work. Sometimes the elevator acts up or someone leaves trash where they shouldn't. We just handle it as it comes. The people living here are a mix of families and young folks working in the city. We see them coming and going every morning. The traffic near the KFC can be a nightmare during lunch hour, so we try to get our errands done early. There is always a list of things to fix or look at. We aren't fancy managers with suits. Usually, we are just in our regular clothes trying to keep the place running. It’s a lot of walking up and down the stairs and talking to the residents about small issues. We’ve been here for a while and we know the layout of every floor. It’s just a job, but it keeps the building standing and the people mostly happy. We don't make big promises, we just show up and do the work. It takes all day usually to stay on top of it.
